It’s New Year’s Eve and Arin isn’t invited anywhere. It’s tough going to a new college, so he decides to stay home and enjoy some movies. When his stepmother Brandy arrives home from a party, shouldering his dad – he knows her night hasn’t gone the best either. Brandy drops off her drunken husband in the bedroom and comes out to catch up with her stepson. She explains his dad promised her an evening of fun – but instead he got wasted and left her hanging.
